We are delighted to report that all of the concrete "pours" have been completed for the Testa's project that has been under construction for almost 2 years. Once the pours are complete, the project will begin to go "vertical"...that is to say that the underground garage has been completed and actual vertical construction will begin on the buildings and condos that are going to be situated on the old Testa's space from Royal Poinciana to Sunset Avenue.
There are also going to be some openings that will interest all of you! On November 19, Maven, the Nantucket restaurant that opened last season replacing Nick and Johnnie's, will be open for business again. We welcome them back and hope that this is a fabulous season for them providing their wonderful menus and such a well-stocked bar!
On the eastern part of Royal Poinciana Plaza, Palm Produce will continue its business of casual attire for men and women, the Classic Bookstore as well as Eyes of the Island, a premium optical shop. A new entity, Skinny Dip, will open in the old Evelyn and Arthur space and will sell new women's and men's apparel and accessories. Look for a great modern art gallery, a traditional fine art gallery as well as a few other well-known clothing and accessory shops to round out this impressive mix!
Kudos to the Frisbie Group, owner of our buildings, for their renovation, repainting, and upgrades that will be enhancing all of our retail spaces!

Just in case you missed it, we are thrilled to have several cases of "fine" jewelry to offer to our clients worldwide. We are always seeking more jewelry as our customers have realized the quality and quantity that we can offer them at incredible values...and sales have been terrific! To explain the process, if you are NOT a jewelry dealer and bring us fine jewelry to consign, we request an appraisal or receipt for the piece. If you do not have either, as registered second hand dealers, we take pictures of each piece, complete a Second Hand Dealers Property Form - Bill of Sale and submit it to the Palm Beach Sheriff's department in adherence with current laws.
Once the jewelry has been approved by law enforcement, we are authorized to sell it at a price that you and our jewelry experts have agreed upon.
If the piece is very expensive, we suggest having an appraisal done by a GIA certified appraiser. The jewelry is put out each day and returned at night to a huge safe

and insured by Lloyd's of London. There is an elaborate alarm system for the shop as well as a different alarm system that is connected to our safes. We have 16 cameras on at all times and our staff wear panic buttons in the unlikely event of any type of problem.
The jewelry is cleaned and then professional pictures are taken for marketing and insurance purposes. Almost all of our jewelry is also posted on 1stdibs.com, which is the world's largest and most respected resale site.
We are vetted and highly recognized dealers by the 1stdibs company and enjoy a wonderful, successful relationship with them and the market they can provide for us world-wide.
