We were so pleased to present a lecture on the uptick in seeing vintage in modern fashion. From the Oscars, Grammys and Emmys the biggest stars are dressing in vintage gowns, accessories and showcasing vintage "fine jewelry"!
We had so much fun sharing vintage clothing, evening coats, shoes, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry and hats at the Palm Beach Yacht Club for one of their Lunch and Learn series.

Stuart Weitzman: Pointed Toe Lace-Up Pumps Circa 1964

There is a fabulous exhibit going on now through May 10th at the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum in Palm Beach that is titled "Walk the Way: Historic Footwear from the Stuart Weitzman Collection". This is a must see if you are interested in and love shoes!! The exhibit features 100 pairs of shoes from Weitzman's very private collection. It details how what you wear on your feet affects how you stand, walk and everything in between from work to the ballroom.
The exhibit goes from shoes worn by flappers during the razzle-dazzle days of the 1920' and 30's and how shoes changes with the fashions of the decades to come. The exhibit is great fun and admission is $18.
