SUMMER ANNOUNCEMENTS

What an unusual time to live through!  We have been hit with the terrible COVID-19 virus that closed the country (and much of the world) down for almost 3 months, experienced the sad and heartbreaking tragedy of the death of George Floyd, and witnessed peaceful protests in so many cities including West Palm Beach and the Town of Palm Beach.  On top of that, we have been presented with the threat of a very active and dangerous hurricane season on both Florida coasts that has already started with great strength. 



It is almost pushing us to say 'ENOUGH' and want to leave and go on a vacation...but where to and how to get there?

After careful consideration of the above factors and challenges, we have taken a very conservative position regarding the reopening of Classic Collections.  It is physically impossible for us to social distance from our customers in the dressing rooms, leaning over the counter looking at our spectacular fine jewelry, pinning up hems, zipping up gowns, etc.  

AS A RESULT, WE WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL OCTOBER 1ST.  WE WILL CONTINUE PUBLISHING OUR NEWSLETTERS AND URGE YOU TO CHECK OUR INSTAGRAM (CLASSICCOLLECTIONSPB) FOR 3 NEW ITEMS EACH WEEK AND REGULARLY CHECK 1STDIBS.COM USING THE LINKS BELOW.

We have been accommodating our consignors by going to their homes with masks, gloves, etc. to do pickups of the fine designer merchandise and jewelry for which we are known.  We have received many boxes as our friends that are elsewhere have cleaned out their closets and are doing the research and pricing for these special items.  Everything that we take in is treated with ultraviolet light wands and then researched, priced and photographed for posting to 1stdibs.com.

All items that come in during this time are automatically extended in the Classic Collections Consignment contract to December 31, 2020.  

Further, as items sell online or through phone calls to us directly, our consignors will be paid by the 10th of the month after the previous month's activity. 
YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENTS!!

So, if you decide to start cleaning things out and have items that we can SELL for you, call and let me know (cell: 561-373-6758).  I can accept packages, large and small at my real estate office address below:

Please send only clean, luxury designer clothing, scarves, handbags, signed costume jewelry and only new shoes.  If you have fine jewelry that you want to get posted on 1stdibs.com, call me at 561-373-6758 and I will have it insured by our jewelry insurance carrier and call you with instructions.

If you prefer the PERSONAL TOUCH, all of our newest items will be posted on Instagram every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Please call the shop at (561) 833-3633.  Melanie Velasquez will be happy to talk with you!

We are going into the shop only to price and photograph new items and to fulfill orders.  There are NO PICKUPS OF MERCHANDISE UNTIL OCTOBER.  ALL ITEMS ARE BEING SAFELY STORED AND THE FINE JEWELRY IS SLEEPING SAFELY IN OUR GIANT VAULT!
