HOW WE WORK
Classic Collections mission is to bring a constantly changing selection of the "Best of the Best" of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, costume and fine jewelry, furs, accessories and one-of-a-kind items to our customers and world-wide shoppers. Our goal is to maintain the highest level of quality, variety, and taste, which is eagerly anticipated by our ever-growing family of happy clients, and to provide superior customer service.
AS IS - All merchandise is sold "As Is". We take extraordinary measures to make sure that the items we select for sale are clean, in good condition and are accurately portrayed in our pictures and descriptions. Sizes are marked as dictated by the designer/manufacturer. If you have doubts that something will fit, please contact us first and we can provide specific measurements.
AVAILABILITY - Classic Collections utilizes the most up to date "real time" inventory system available for consignment shops. While many items may be on display in our boutique as well as on-line, each item is bar-coded and when a sale is made, it is impossible for it to be sold again. As a result, we do NOT put items "ON HOLD". Unfortunately, no exceptions are possible.
AUTHENTICITY - While every effort is made to authenticate all of our consigned merchandise, we cannot offer a guarantee of authenticity. However, we offer a 100% refund, and pay for return shipping, if an item that has been purchased from us can be proven to be not authentic. If we have any doubt about authenticity of any item, we simply decline to accept it from a consignor. Honesty and integrity are the backbone of our reputation and we value our fine relationships with both consignors and customers. If we determine that counterfeit items have been consigned to us, we WILL turn this merchandise over to the authorities.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - We work very hard to provide exceptional Customer Service to both our customers and consignors. This is clearly evident when visiting our boutique in Palm Beach, and we are committed to offering the same level of consideration, care and support to our web clients. If you need personal attention, modification of an order, gift wrapping or any "special service", we will do our best to accommodate your request.
GIFT SERVICES - We offer Gift Certificates in any dollar amount over $50. They are good for purchase of any merchandise for a one year period from date of issue.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - Classic Collections accepts most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for purchases from our Palm Beach location or our Web Boutique. On line, we process payments through Authorize.net, which is a secure credit card processing payment gateway.
PRIVACY/SECURITY - At www.ClassicCollectionsofPalmBeach.com your privacy and security is very important to us. Our policies with regard to these issues are discussed in detail in the Privacy & Security section of the website or Click here. No information will be shared with any third party, but we urge you to familiarize yourself with our policies for your own piece of mind.
REFUNDS/RETURNS - All sales in the Palm Beach store, our Web Boutique, or with our online marketing partners are FINAL. No exceptions.
SHIPPING - Classic Collections is in the high-end fashion and re-sale business - not shipping. So, we leave the shipping of our merchandise to those who are professionals and can provide quality, cost-efficient service. Our shipping order policy allows you to choose the method of shipment, timing factors and insurance coverage, so costs will vary. You can request an estimate of shipping charges from the shipping company of choice before shipment is made. The same credit card you use for your purchase will be used for shipping charges and you will receive a separate invoice from the shipping company. We usually ship either through the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.
